12:00 (Noon) – Arrival time at Sandown Park, Sidney, BC.
Directions to Sandown from Victoria: Take Hwy. 17 (Pat Bay Hwy) to Beacon Ave. Turn left on Beacon and proceed to McDonald Park Rd. Turn right on McDonald Park Rd. to Glamorgan Rd. Turn left on Glamorgan Rd to Sandown Park..
From Schwartz Bay Ferry Terminal: Take Hwy. 17 to McDonald Park Rd., turn right on McDonald Park Rd and right on Glamorgan Rd. WATCH FOR SIGNS!!
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Scavenger Hunt and chance to get acquainted.
4:00 p.m. Happy Hour
5:30 p.m. Pot Luck Supper – details to be announced later
7:00 p.m. on: Free Time to visit or play cards, etc.
Saturday, May 27, 2006 THEME DAY – 50’s & 60’s
7:30 a.m. Coffee’s on!
9:00 a.m. Breakfast (Pancakes and Sausages, Juice, Fruit, Coffee, Tea)
10:30 a.m. General Meeting and Election of Officers (Secretary & Treasurer)
You’re on your own for Lunch!
1:00 p.m. Guest Speaker for the Men (and Ladies if you wish)
1:00 p.m. Shopping & Poker Walk in Sidney for the Ladies
If you prefer, you can visit the Sidney Historical Museum, or the BC Aviation Museum or take part in games in the field – Swing Golf, Bean Bag Toss, etc.
4:00 p.m. Happy Hour.
5:30 p.m. Dinner: Roast Beef, Ham, Baked Potatoes, Salads, Buns, Dessert, Coffee & Tea.
BE SURE TO BE DRESSED IN YOUR FINEST FASHIONS OF THE 50’s & 60’s!! Prizes will be given to the “Best Dressed”.
7:00 p.m. Draw Prizes and Clean Up
7:30 p.m. Take a step back in time and enjoy the music of the 50’s & 60’s. Play games (Card games, Rummoli, Crib, Tri-ominoes, Dominoes) or dance to the Music

10:30 a.m. Swap and Shop – bring your goodies!
1130 a.m. Time to Clean Up
12:00 on: Departure Time – Remember Triangle RV has generously donated the use of
their Dump Station.
Dogs are welcome but must have their owners in tow and droppings must be picked up. Also, dogs are NOT permitted in the food area at any time.
Be sure to wear your ID Badge at all times – or the Sheriff will fine you!!
