The meeting was called to order at 9:35 am.

The minutes of the previous meeting, May 24, 2014, were accepted as circulated.

The treasurer’s report is as follows for Jan 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014:

Old Business
Vice President Matt Blogg reminded the membership that we still need rally sites large enough to accommodate us.

New Business
The membership thanked Sandy Quesnel for hosting the rally.  Sandy thanked all her helpers.
Matt Blogg reminded all that dos are to be leashed.
Kathie Balogh moved that we make the member roster available to all members by email.  Carried.

Elections
Jim Barber nominated Sandy Quesnel for President for 2 years.  Carried
Laurel Macauley nominated Jim Barber for Vice President for 1 year, to fill the remainder of Bob Orr’s term.  Carried.
Linda Williams nominated Audrey Hauge for Treasurer for 2 years.  Carried.
Kathie Balogh nominated Wayne Quesnel for Alternate National Director for 2 years.  Carried.

Announcements
2015 Rallies
Port Alberni July 2 – 6,   Pete & Linda Geddes hosting.
Seal Bay September 14 – 18, Laurel Macauley & friends hosting.

Members discussed potential sites for future rallies.

Members discussed the Vancouver Islanders brochure and the desire for new members.  The members encouraged recruitment, offering suggested methods.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:04 am.

- Cost:   $ 135.00 per M/H with 2 people,     $ 95.00 per MH 1 person, power  is included and water is near by
