Also Marjorie Hendricks has indicated by email that their will be a September Rally Friday to Sunday (Sep. 26th to 28th) at Shawnigan Lake Easter Seal Camp. The field is huge and we will have room for anyone wishing to come. We would like to see a great turnout for our last rally of the year. No worries about the weather as the accommodation there is good and "rain proof" We will have facilities such as bathrooms, showers, covered eating areas and some electrical sites that will be available for a fee - more information later on that. There is even a small kitchen for cleaning up after meals.
We are asking each and every one of you for your input as to the type of rally you prefer. Some members have indicated that they would like to be on their own for meals. Would you like to have:
Happy hours as per usual?
Pot luck dinners?
Catered meals?
Breakfasts prepared?
Games - indoors or out?
Tours?
We are also asking each member to bring a useful (new or used in good condition) item that you
no longer need or use. This is for prizes (more information at the rally). Please do not wrap it.
