The Itinerary Seal Bay

Day 1
Arrive Seal Bay check in and see where you are to park Wayne and Ken Morrison will be out to assist.

4pm Happy Hour distribution of welcome bags with an explanation what is in the bags.
Will have some snackies out so no need to bring anything just the beverage of your choice.

5:30 pm Dinner quick airport meal as we are jetting off to Glasgow.
European Weiner, baked Beans Coleslaw, Nanaimo Bars and Assorted cookies.

After clean up at 7pm will play some card games for those who wish to participate.


Day 2

Welcome to Glasgow !

Breakfast 8am to 9am

Keeping with Scottish tradition, we will be serving Porridge, Stewed Fruit, [carefully prepared by John and Susan Van Schaik} Thank You.
Scones with jam and marmalade, juice, cold fruit, coffee tea.

After clean up I will be asking for volunteers to assemble sandwiches for our Afternoon Tea.

For the Tea I will also need some teapots I have 4 but would like to have 6 more. Also bring your own fancy teacups and saucers I have some but not enough
for the group.

2pm
The Afternoon Tea
As mention in first email we are having a Ladies Hat or fascinator contest whether you do a hat or fascinator in must contain something you would put in you recycle bin.
Also open to everyone the Royal name change you will be given a blank name badge to fill out. I will be known as the Lady Laurel of Pointe and Wayne the Earl of Scotting.
We will all vote on the best hat fascinator and name change those couples will be seated at a special table and have their Tea served to them by Lady Laurel and a volunteer.

By 3pm we will be sitting down to Tea.
Savories will be vegetarian quiche, Cornish Pastie, Sausage Roll,
Sandwiches will be cucumber, chicken curry with chutney, egg salad, salmon , cream cheese gherkin, cream cheese asparagus [Thanks Stella for the rollups}.
Desserts Lady Laurel's Bon Ton Tarts.Lady Sandy De Beaches Eccles Cakes, and something else a surprise
Of course we will have Tea.

After cleanup our Cribbage Tournament will begin I will be choosing partners and you will be told on the first day who your partner is . For
those who do not play crib we have a fantastic puzzle created by Comte Wein de Riesling and Lady Sandy de Beaches. {Thank You} to put
together we will put teams together and the fastest time will win a prize. Also during this time I will need a volunteer to sell 50/50 tickets.

At 6pm we will be serving a bowl of hot soup
Scotch Broth, and a Lentil vegetable with some rolls and
cookies [featuring Donna Goodacres Norwegian cookies I don't know how to spell } Thank You

After cleanup we will resume the crib tournament, and award prizes.


Day 3
Welcome to France!
Breakfast 8am to 9am
Featuring the Monte Carlo Sandwich { French bread with ham and swiss cheese dipped in egg and grilled} fresh fruit, Croissants jam , juice coffee tea.

After cleanup may need some volunteers for some food prep for dinner.

2pm
We will start on our cork trivets Marianne Tennent and myself will show you how to put them together if you have a glue gun please bring it we will work
in partners easier that way. {Thanks Marianne for helping } also a sharp knife for cutting corks.


4pm
Happy Hour bring a nibble of something if you like and your beverage

5:30 Dinner
Welcome to Germany!

Pork Roast ,Gravy, Mashed Potatoes , Red Cabbage, Applesauce, Carrots Cauliflower, Broccoli, Spaetzle, Black Forest Cake

After cleanup we will do the European Trivia I will have teams set up and let you know the first day.

Time permitting if some one wants to play cards feel free to do so. I also have a couple of puzzles to put together.

Day 4
Welcome to Sweden !
Breakfast 8am to 9am
Featuring You guessed it Pancakes Sausage, Danish Pastry, fruit, juice tea coffee, and a special surprise to represent Norway.

After Cleanup will need some volunteers to make some salads for dinner.

2pm
We will finish off our wine cork trivets.Also will try and get a Bocce Ball game going does the club have a set?

4pm Happy Hour no need to bring snacks we will have a antipasto platter out.

5:30 Dinner
Welcome to Greece !
Chicken Souvlaki, Hummus, Pita, pasta in cream sauce with veg, Spanish rice, Greek Salad. Caesar Salad, Tiramisu for dessert.

After cleanup we will play European Bingo.
7:15 Bingo
A dollar a card for 5 games 1 per person. Gift Baskets featuring different European foods. As I have made up these cards myself it could
be that 2 or 3 winners to a game in this instance I will have the winners draw numbers and the highest number will win basket the other winners
will also receive a prize.

Day 5
Heading home, Bon Voyage , Ciao, Ta Ta, Adiios, Auf Wiedersehen, Farvel, Antio, Adeus, Do Widzenia, Vaarwel , Hwyl Fawr.

Breakfast
8am to 9am
yogurt muffins fruit juice tea coffee.

Lets all pitch in and get trailer loaded and clean up pavilion. Let's leave it how we found it Paul works really hard to keep Seal Bay a Premier Park.
