Spring Rally May 22 - 25
Roughing it Smoothly Rally
It is that time of the year! The Spring Rally is in the final planning stages. Plans for this rally have been made from the results of the questionnaire that was sent out on May 28, 2013 by Marge Hendricks. Most members asked for a free day to have time to explore the area and experience local restaurants. We hope you agree with the small additions and changes.
When: May 22 – 25, 2014 (Arrival after 1pm, PLEASE)
Where: Cowichan Exhibition Park, 7380 Trans Canada Hwy, Duncan BC V9L 6B1 – follow the FMCA signs.
Arrival day, Thursday, is completely free for you to explore the beautiful area. We are working with the Cowichan Regional Visitor Center to provide materials and perhaps, coupons for local activities and meals. Meals are still being planned. We are doing most of the planning long distance as we travel but all seems to be going well with the technology we have these days.
The cost of the rally will be $125.00 ($95 for 1). This includes the facility fee of $65.00 per coach for 3 nights of camping and the use of the barn, tables and chairs, and garbage disposal. The additional $60.00 for 2 persons in a coach ( $30.00 for 1) is the rally fee, which covers – meals and incidentals. We will be providing the following meals:
Thursday – On Your Own.
Friday - full breakfast and dinner
Saturday - full breakfast and dinner
Sunday - continental breakfast
Please send your full payment to: 406 Terrahue Road, Victoria, BC V9C 2B5, your checks should be made out to Kathie Balogh for $125.00. Payment and registration should be made before May 5, 2014.
