At the Cowichan Exhibition Grounds in Duncan.

From North Island: turn right onto James Street at the Hockey stick and right onto Clements.

From South Island: turn left onto James Street at the Hockey stick and right onto Clements.

We have been asked to NOT enter from Beverly Street, please.

Guests and non-members $70.00

Please add $10.00 for late registration.

Several Handicapped parking spaces will be reserved - Please specify with payment if you need one.

If you would like group parking – please
arrive as a group. Meet outside of the rally site and arrive together.

This will be a “dry” camp on grass. The weather will be HOT!!
Please be prepared.

There is no “theme” for this rally – but there will be prizes for the best jokes!

Arrival at noon on Friday the 27th.
Happy Hour: 4 PM – Please tell a joke.
Friday night: Pot luck dinner. (You will be given notice re: sides or desserts)
Saturday Breakfast: Brekkie Kaiser, fruit, coffee, etc.
Lunch on your own.
Happy Hour 4 PM – Please tell a joke.
Dinner: Chicken Salad, rolls, and fresh Berry shortcake.
Sunday Breakfast: Muffins and fresh fruit, coffee, etc.

May Sandown Rally Note

Just a note to remind everyone of the May Rally at Sandown. The dates are arrival on the 25th May and departure on Sunday the 27th.

More info will be posted next week once Stella and Joe return from Arizona.

Presidents Message

Welcome Back to the lovely BC weather to all you lucky members who spent the winter in the sun! I just wanted to update you on plans for the May rally and the August Redmond rally. I will have more information for you on the August rally upon our return from the final planning meeting in April.

For all who have signed up to be volunteers, thank you in advance and we still have room for more!!! Just email me at akcbalogh@telus.net as soon as possible, as we will be leaving on April 12th for Oregon.

Membership fees can be paid at the first rally in May at Sandown to Sandy. Please don't mail them in from now on, as both Stella and I will be away for all of April.

Remember at the May rally, we will be holding elections for President, Vice President, National Director and 1 Director position.

See you all at Sandown for the May 25-27 rally. It is always a GREAT time!!! You will be getting more information on the rally soon from Joan and Wayne Hardy, our hosts!!
