Rita Ward has booked the place in Port Alberni for a Rally in July, Friday and Saturday Nights, July 28, 29, 30th 2006. Will have more details after April. Watch this site or the web site for those details.

Sandown Rally. On the road again

Hello all. Just a reminder that the next Rally is at Sandown, 26, 27, & 28 May 2006. It is being hosted by Joe and Stella Blogg. Not much details yet as it is still in the planning stage. Watch this blog or the website for details as they emerge.

Art and Gillian Jackson are on the move down in and around Mexico. Their movements can be monitored on this APRS location site. They are also on Skype so anyone using Skype can talk to them when they are on a highspeed connection. Their Skype handle is WillisPointPair . As of today they should be arriving in Mazatlan.

Carolyn and I will be on our way South, heading for Yuma, departing on Dec 5th. Any notes, comments, announcements can be emailed to me and I will post them on this blog. I will not have access to the Web Site while I am south.

Members Blog Participation Welcome

Sandy Quesnel wrote me in a recent email: "Gary, The blogspot is just great…….I think this will make it so easy! Does this mean any member can go in and show their pictures? Hope you don’t get tooo much! It will be fun to watch it over the winter, and see what everyone is up to."

President Andy asked that I be the only person to post information due to FMCA's legal problems with Chat pages. He doesn't want complaints or derogatory comments being posted.

Having said that I am open to any information including pictures that members wish to submit on items of interest to VIFMCA. It is not difficult to post this information from an email into a blog and I hope members will be forthcoming. Comments and suggestions such as useful links, would be welcome as well. If I get toooo much then we can make changes.

Any comments and or pictures that may be controversial will be forewarded to the executive.
